Both sound like technical issues.
BLUEBERRIES was having trouble with the projections (a crucial part of the show).
I heard GATSBY was coming back from filming a Tonight Show spot at Rockefeller Center (in between shows on a 2-show day?!?), which might have had something to do with it. Also one of the leads was out.
A few weeks ago TOMMY was delayed by 30 minutes. At the 1-hour call a cast member was sent home sick, and the understudy had not yet had a full rehearsal. So they went over the tricky bits while we waited outside. |
