You're right.
Though I have only moderate sympathy for people in their teens and 20s, who are in many cases far more eligible for good paying careers and jobs than those of us 40+ who are struggling now in this new economy and entertainment world post-covid and post strike etc, and have no idea what the future holds.
And they have far less demands on their money if they make it.
And I'm sure many of them can get their parents to pay for a ticket to a hot show if they really want it.
I probably won't get to see this Merrily before it closes specifically because of the prices. |
