| I was not impressed when I saw the Broadway production back in the late 90's but thematinee Sunday truly moved me. Stripped of so many production elements, I found myself in near tears over the fates of so many over the egos and greed of so few. Of course since seeing the Broadway production I have lived through 9/11 while losing three friends, my partner's death from cancer, the Covid epidemic, the October 7 attack and senseless wars in Ukraine, Gaza and the Sudan amongst so many other horrors that I am different too. But I think you are correct. Titanic is a better show without the boat. |
