Yes, Bette Midler in Hello, Dolly! was filmed with multiple cameras. (Eleven, to be exact.) This was a special taping for the Theatre on Film and Tape Archive (TOFT). For complicated reasons, it has not been available to be viewed by the public. When it is available, which may happen later this calendar year, those interested in viewing it will need to come to the Performing Arts Library to do so; the video will not be broadcast, streamed, or otherwise commercially available.

By the way, I work at the library. Had it been up to us, believe me, it would have been available in 2018, when it was taped. But it didn't work out that way, for reasons beyond our control.
