| I agree. It has none of the dynamics or charm of the original. Every track sounds over-produced/mechanical with no heart or soul to be found. The singers/actors sound more interested in showing off vocal gymnastics than rendering an ounce of honesty in any number. The ending of "No Bad News" was painful to listen to....sounded more like an uncomfortable bowel movement than a smart vocal choice. Really hated it and needless to say, I'll stick to the original or the '78 Film Soundtrack. |
