| Adam Lambert was terrific….his voice and his acting. His makeup and wardrobe made him look attractive not weird. Cralvaho came across as a nonentity. Sally didn’t seem to have any conflict. I couldn’t relate to her so her big numbers had little effect. Jill Haworth and Natasha Richardson and Liza Minelli made you really care for Sally. I found the direction had little vision. Wilkomen was the best number. Surprisingly Bebe’s what would you do didn’t elicit any applause.Her voice was wobbly but she was fine.But go to you tube and listen to Lottie Lenya sing it…so thrilling. |
