| I do feel that those volunteers at the Festival were at least primarily from "Broadway for Harris" but please be assured that the official Harris campaign indeed has a presence both physical and virtual in New York State with partners upstate, Long Island, Harlem, Upper East Side and elsewhere. It not only coordinates with these and other partners (presumably Broadway for Harris as well) but indeed offers support to Senate and other Congressional races as well as local races. So the definition of "official" is nebulous indeed. But yes the expenses and volunteers were likely wholly drawn Broadway for Harris. I did mistake your original post to imply these volunteers operated totally independent from the Harris campaign and this is not quite the case. As stated, the Harris campaign is focused on the Presidential race but looks also to Congressional, Senate and other races to assure that any potential Harris administration can be a success. |
