The 2023 Form 990 (the federal not-for-profit tax return) for Roundabout showed total compensation to Todd Haimes of $1,156,161. The 2023 La Jolla 990 showed total compensation to Chris Ashley of $424,621. I imagine that Chris's Roundabout salary will be somewhere between the two, my guess is about $650,000, giving hm a hefty raise and Roundabout a nice savings. Of course, unlike Todd, who was an administrator and did not direct any productions, Chris will probably direct some productions, with the possibility of earning hefty royalties if a show he directs transfers to commercial success, like COME FROM AWAY did.
