Not that I've checked the text, but from memory, it is not a complete rewrite of the third act. In the London production, the long-estranged sister returns with a baby whom she expects her sisters to raise. We never see the baby. I don't remember; maybe she left the kid in the car. In New York, there is no reference to a child. It is a vast improvement.
