| They're doing more for him than they did for Brian Bedford, who died on January, 13, 2016; Tammy Grimes, who died on October 30, 2016; and Fritz Weaver, who died on November 26, 2016. But they're doing less for him than they did for Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds, who died, respectively, on December 27 and December 28, 2016. I still think that the failure to honor Bedford, Grimes and Weaver while shortly thereafter honoring Fisher and Reynolds was rotten on the part of the Broadway League. Of course, I know why things happened that way, but it stinks. |
