Well... from afar. I've never had the pleasure of seeing her live, but have seen many TV performances of her theatre roles. My understanding is she's probably the Australian equivalent of an Elaine Paige in the UK or a Bernadette or Patti in the U.S. Perhaps not QUITE as famous or iconic as those women, but certainly considered one-of-the "first ladies" of the Australian musical theatre. And, as you've noted, she's also got Broadway and West End credits. She's a more accomplished dancer than any of those ladies, it's probably worth noting. From what I've seen she has "the goods" and the chops of a true triple threat. She's also a terrific broad -- with all the sass and stage presence and humor that word implies.
