I know we've discussed this before. Desiree's "Where the hell is the stage manager?" and "No hot water again?" were never in the show on Broadway or even during the tryout, and they're not in the published script and score. They were added for the tour and then presumably used in London (since they're on the recording), but I think they've never been in the licensed materials, although some later productions have included them.

As for the "Mother's romantic - Mother's misguided" section, this was in the longer and more complicated version of the number heard early in the pre-Broadway run in Boston, but it was cut before Broadway and never heard there. Again, the Broadway version is what was published and licensed. For the tour, and (again) presumably for London, this was put back.

You may like them (I like the "Mother's romantic" section but not Desiree's spoken lines) but no one cut them from the recording.
