I honestly wonder if they can sustain these ticket prices in a theater the size of the Winter Garden. Clooney has not been in a hit in many years. He has never been a stage actor and it’s hard not to wonder how interested people are going to be in seeing him. I like him, and I liked this particular film, but I wouldn’t say it’s proven all that memorable in the long run. How this plays out should prove revealing.
It does seem as though an effort has been made to include more affordable pricing, as a few of our posters have pointed out. |
