Saw it early in the NYC run - a Wednesday matinee with only about 400 people or so in attendance. I remember walking out thinking it was a big awesome show. I thought about going back and seeing it again that night but opted to see 'Taboo' instead, which I'm glad I did.

I would end up seeing Wicked a number of times in the years to come thanks to a stream of friends who would get in the show and would always pull the "come see me!" card. I've seen the show so much I'm now okay to not see it again :)

As for the movie - it looks nice and colorful and appealing in that manner, but I've had it shoved down my throat by NBC since July that I'm kind of burnt out on it already.
