Good point about Diggs. Maybe that's what happened. I saw Kris Cusick, who covered the role between the time Norbert was injured and Diggs was rehearsed and ready to go.
Another example is Chris in Miss Saigon. The original Willy Falk was not unattractive but certainly not like those who followed him in the role: strapping muscular hunks who you might be wondering...will he take off his shirt?
Oh now it's all sad how essentially hotness trumped in all three of these shows. :-( |
