| Keeping in mind the logic was (and remains) twisted in terms of what qualifies as Lead or Featured in the Tony categories, but David Merrick did put Jerry Orbach and Jill O'Hara over the title and made a photo op of the marquee being changed early in the run of "Promises, Promises." Make of that what you will. |
