| The thing about crossover is that it used to be so common that it hardly needed a term. So many people did both opera and musicals. Many of those people weren't the biggest stars so they didn't get that much publicity for moving back and forth between opera and musicals. A lot of City Opera regulars in the 1940s, 1950s and 1960s also did musicals. |
