Her play Farinelli and the King was done in London and on Broadway, starring her husband. It was nominated for an Olivier, a Tony, and an Outer Critics Circle Award for Best Play.

I know it was seen by some as only having come so far because her husband was starring, and that's sure true in small part or even in large part, but it still managed to transfer in london and then transfer to a presumably expensive Broadway run (and it's not like Rylance *needed* another Tony nom or win, he'd already won THREE of four by then, with 2 Olivier wins of 7 noms)... so to have those runs paid for and garner those nominations... I think is quite compelling validation for her as a playwright.
