| Getting back to productions of 1776, the last revival was of a cast of all women playing the male roles. It was the first time this was done. Yes it had been done on Broadway recently , but in 2002, a benefit performance for "CHICAGO HEALTHWORKS" at the Apollo Theatre in Chicago with an all female cast, I helped on that. Alexandra Billing was Rutlage and Hollis Resnick was Adams. |
