Bruce Hubbard, who died at 39. His Broadway credits include the 1983 Show Boat revival as Joe (which he also performed on the John McGlinn recording), 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Timbuktu, and the Houston Grand Opera's Porgy and Bess. Fortunately, he made many recordings so that we can all continue to enjoy his beautiful voice.
